Our Friday the 13th started at the dentist - womp womp. E has perfect teeth B has two cavities. Nonetheless we love Dr. Liz!! My poor B has enzymes that cause soft teeth and hence cavities. After our last dentist visit he gave up milk completely and gummies and he still got cavities! 

After the dentist we met up with the Kassners for a couple hours at Deep Run Park and then we went to lunch at Red Robin.

After nap time we went to the pool so my little fish could play.

Gotta get these kids in swim lessons soon!
