Emerson and I went to "chickalay" for her breakfast then to Trader Joe's for groceries. It has never taken me 20 minutes to grocery shop but man having only one kid with me it was quick! We came home, unloaded groceries and went to pick Beckett up at noon. I can't wait to pick him up! Him running to the door screaming "Mommyyyy!!!!" And knocking me over with a hug is the best.
We played on the playground for a bit after his teacher asking me if he was ok. She said he was just really quiet and wanted to make sure he was liking school to which I told her - oh yes! Beckett is a quiet boy, not loud or rowdy or rambunctious and for whatever reason he prefers to play with girls and his teacher said well that makes perfect sense now! I love my sweet boy.
We came home and had lunch, played board games and I fixed Neal and I a yummy stir fry dinner! We reviewed some important lessons during board games like not to use bad words when you don't roll the number you want and not to cry when you don't win. ;) Tomorrow is speech and getting things ready for a yard sale!
Here's our pictures from today!
